Energy Balls (no video)

Makes ~12 balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground almonds

  • ½ cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

  • 1 cup soft dates, pitted
    (Medjool is ideal; if using firmer dates, soak 10 minutes)

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 1–2 tablespoons water only if needed for binding

  • a pinch of salt

Method:

Blend everything in a food processor.

Rolls into balls

Leave in fridge for about 20 minutes before eating

Store in fridge for up to 5 days.
