Mac and Cheese

For 4 servings

Ingredients:

500g macaroni

1 cup nutritional yeast

1 cup soya milk

1 and a quarter cups of water

3 tablespoons of corn flour

juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon salt

2 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon mustard

1/2 teaspoon of paprika

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1 tablespoon tahini

pinch of black pepper

pinch of chilli

breadcrumbs

grated “cheese”

Method:

  1. cook macaroni according to packet instructions.

  2. put all other ingredients in the food processor and blend.

  3. mix sauce with cooked and strained macaroni.

  4. place mixture into oven dish.

  5. cover with breadcrumbs and grated vegan cheese.
