PASTA BAKE

Easy bake to make, just bung it in the oven whilst you get on with other things, and bingo!

Ingredients: Serves 4

400g pasta

½ cup of sun-dried tomatoes

1 x 500g carton of passatta

8 cherry tomatoes

3 cups of fresh spinach

4 cloves garlic – sliced

1 tablespoon of dried basil

2 teaspoons of dried oregano

¾ cup of nutritional yeast flakes

½ teaspoon black pepper

a generous swirl of agave syrup

3 cups of boiling water

a sprinkling of sea salt

a covering of grated vegan “cheese”

Method:

Heat oven to 180C, 160C fan, 360F or gas number 4

Add the following to the dish:

pasta

tomatoes and passatta

spinach

garlic

herbs

nutritional yeast flakes

pepper

agave syrup

then add hot water sprinkle with salt and grated “cheese”

cover and bake for about 45 minutes, until it looks ready.
