Wild Garlic Pesto
Ingredients:
100g wild garlic leaves
50g nutritional yeast
40g pine nuts
20g hazelnuts
100ml toasted sesame oil
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Blend everything in a food processor until smooth.
2️⃣ Store in a jam jar in the fridge-use within a week for the best flavour.
3️⃣ Enjoy it with your favourite dishes!
